Printing with Pastels and Stencils on Gelli Arts® Printing Plates with Birgit Koopsen

Materials used:
5”x7”Gelli Arts® Gel Printing Plate
Brayer
DecoArts Premium Acrylics and Matte Medium
Carabelle Studio Stencils
PanPastel and Koh-I-Noor Hartmuth pastels
Baby oil and baby wipes
Sponge
